2008 College Football - Week 13 Mentzer Rankings
Utah is the new number 1. But since they have 12 games in, they will only remain there if Alabama loses to Auburn. Penn State gained some ground, but not in the standings. Michigan comes in at 89, not the worst in the Big 10 and Notre Dame comes in at 63 after getting beat by Syracuse. From a Conference perspective. The Big 12 is dominating the Mentzer Rankings followed by the SEC, Big 10, and Mountain West.
